Melbourne yoga teacher Krysto is organising a 5-day yoga retreat in Mykonos in Greece from July 4 – 9, the island at the center of the Aegean sea where the gods of the winds meet the gods of the earth!
The retreat will be open to everyone and to all levels, whether starting out at yoga or deepening your awareness. It will be an opportunity to indulge yourself in yoga and be in the company of like-minded people, sharing conversations, learning meditation techniques, exploring breathing and gaining stress meditation techniques.
It will be one of the more luxurious yoga camps too. Held at an exclusive gay men’s yoga resort in Mykonos, it will be full of activities for the body and mind, but if you wish you can bliss out by the pool or beach and just relax with the views.
A range of classes and workshops will be offered over the course of the retreat, but all scheduled classes are optional.
The resort is located 300m above the old town and has panoramic views to Mykonos town and the Agean Sea. “It will be 5 nights of pure luxury,” says Krystos.
