Happy 2nd Anniversary to Us!

Last night my boy and I attended the underwear / swimwear Party at arq nightclub, it was officially our 2nd Anniversary last night as we met at the popular party exactly two years ago.

Love you babe!

The event was sold out with about 800 hot boys wearing very little.  It was a great night, unfortunately we can only bring home memories, no images as they would need an X rating warning..... sorry.

Tomorrow is the Big one the 30th Mardi Gras and I'm marching with the NSW Fire Brigade float.

Harbor Party Goes Off!

Last Sunday my boy and i went to the Harbor Party, part of Sydney's Mardi Gras festival.  This was my first time and saw the party return to the capable hands of New Mardi Gras, thankfully after last years closure.
Arguably having one of the best back drops in the world the Party was deemed a success with over 3 thousand party goers dancing into the night to happy tropical tunes.

At about 6.15 pm two dear friends stood atop of the Harbor Bridge and witnessed the two princesses of the sea pass each other inthe Harbor as the Queen Victoria pictured above reversed out of it's dock and the Queen Mary 2 replaced it.

Olivia Leeks Details of her Mardi Gras Performance

Jeez – some people just can’t keep a secret, can they? Olivia Newton-John has just spoken to media about her much anticipated Mardi Gras Party show, telling them the time as well as the song!

So much for the element of surprise! She’ll be performing Xanaduin the RHI at 3am.

“It’s going to be a hoot,” she told Confidential. “I’ve got lots of dancers and great costumes so it should be a great show.” She went on to say, “I am told I am a gay icon. They are a very loyal audience and have always given me a great following.”

Sydney Mardi Gras Party SOLD OUT

New Mardi Gras has completely sold its entire ticket allocation to this year’s party which takes place on Saturday, March 1 at The Hordern Pavillion

But an extra 1500 tickets has been allocated following negotiations between New Mardi Gras and venue managers, Playbill, to increase the venue’s footprint. Extra venues will be added to accommodate partygoers.
So if you are coming to Sydney for the biggest party in Australasia then you had better get online fast!
Tickets available from Ticketek

Boy George really got us dancing last year, with one of the best laser shows I have ever seen.

Cyndi lets the cat out of Mardi Gras Bag!

When recently interviewed by Richard Wilkins if she’d be performing at the After Party she responded with, “Am I allowed to say? Yeah, I am. I’m gonna have a blast…” she then added, “I wanna see the parade, I love parades. You know me Richard, I love a celebration!”

Cyndi has a performance scheduled on the same night as the parade however, so we’re not sure how she’ll manage that one.

After the interview Richard looked uneasily down the barrel of the camera and said, “Hmmm there you go… the cat’s out of the bag.”

Mardi Gras Pool Party

Yet again the the Mardi Gras Pool Party was held in cool to mild conditions, the brave boys and girls who attended wearing their favorite tight lycra outfits partied into the night, frolicking in and out the water.

Although once again the climate was not favorable for swimwear everyone got into the spirit and dressed down for the occasion.

Although I did not attend due to work commitments I will be attending most of the major dance parties in the next 2 weeks.
