Elton John To Build Art Gallery At Home

Elton John To Build Art Gallery At Home.... Sir Elton John plans to demolish part of his £8 million ($16 million) British mansion and replace it with an art gallery to rival the Louvre.
The Rocket Man singer has amassed an art collection worth tens of millions of pounds and wants to showcase the extensive collection in his Berkshire, south England home, reports the British newspaper The Sun.
A friend of the pop star says, "Elton has many works of art, from the 18th century to the modern day, and an incredibly valuable collection of over 3,000 photos. There is hardly a famous name who is not captured by the world's finest photographers.
"He spends most of his time in Windsor now, so he's decided to gather them in one place so he can enjoy them."
